Solution

The client required their AV equipment hidden from view when not in use to minimise the impact of the AV equipment on the space. A motorised projector lifter was installed as well as an in-ceiling screen box to hide the equipment. To create easy and instant access to the equipment, a single button AV controller was also installed that allowed the client to reveal the equipment as well as store the equipment as needed.

Problem: Reception Screen with Wireless Connectivity

Solution

To provide maximum flexibility to all office staff to wirelessly post messages to the reception screen, an Air Server Wireless Universal Mirroring Receiver was installed to the rear of the new 65″ Samsung 24/7 screen. Office staff will now be able to use their own devices to mirror their display over the big screen and instantly update the notice board. With the air server providing cross-platform compatibility between Apple, Android and Windows devices, the system is easy to use.

Solution

The client requested an easy-to-use system that would allow users both internal and external to make use of a multi-screen display for whatever purpose required.

The solution provided by our experts was through the installation of SVSi network HDMI transmitters with Neets Alfa control system. This would allow users to just connect the HDMI fly cable to their device and the nominated screen or screens would auto-detect and switch on displaying the required image.

With this system, the client will easily be able to make use of the multiple new screens installed by our team for all purposes.
