To have the ideal boardroom setup, additional installations were included such as boardroom table microphones, integrated audio system and Clickshare wireless connection to the system.

This is perfect for the boardroom as there are 2 broadside beamforming, omnidirectional microphones that come with noise and echo cancellation. Further, there is the installation of the 2 x 65″ screens.

You can talk, meet, share ideas and feedback, in real-time, virtually with anyone, almost anywhere. It provides communication flexibility for the workforce.

Video Conference System

Video Conference Solution

Connection with clients via a video link seemed to be the problem and so to solve this, PC Audio Visual installed a Logitech Video Conferencing system. This included ceiling microphones, an 85″ screen on a wall mount bracket. Additionally, there was the added option to incorporate the wireless universal mirroring connection to the system. All these are ideal for a meeting room.

Lilydale Lecture Theatre Upgrade

Location: Lilydale, Melbourne, Victoria

Utilising existing infrastructure to reduce costs for the client, an automated system was installed, including an Epson EB-2250U projector and AV controller. The automated system allows for simplified use of equipment, with singular remote control of the projector and pre-existing screen and audio components.

The automated system makes the system easy to use for anyone so there is less time trying to find the right remote and more time for delivering lecture material.

Footscray Reception Screen Installation

Footscray Reception Screen Installation

With two large 85” screens installed in this local business’ reception, an additional HDMI matrix switcher was also installed allowing staff to post messages to the new reception screens. The switcher allows for individual and dual messages to be displayed. New data cabling was also installed to strengthen the signal between the two new screens as well.

With the new screens and switcher installed, staff will be able to display messages in the reception area from any computer in the office.

With the recent refurbishment of this primary school in Preston, new AV equipment needed to be installed to bring the school into the 21st century. 65” screens were installed into wall brackets that allow more the screen to be moved according to the configuration of the class. The reception screen was experiencing problems with the wireless connection so PC Audio Visual installed a Sony 65″ 24/7 Screen with an Air Server Wireless Universal Mirroring Receiver.

The latter was installed to provide maximum flexibility for the office staff to post new messages to the reception screen via any of their PC screens.

Users can now use their own devices such as an iPhone, iPad, Mac, Android, Nexus, Pixel, Chromebook, or a Windows 10 PC to wirelessly mirror their display over to the big screen to instantly update the notice broad.

The client required an easy to use video conferencing system for the meeting room at the site. With an installation at this, it is important to ensure that the audio components and video components are installed in the correct positions that provide the best quality for the user.

A 65” screen was installed on the wall, with microphones attached to the ceiling to minimise impact to the space in the room. The Logitech PTZ PRO2 conferencing system was chosen due to the quality of the camera and the ability for it to capture high definition video. With the ability to wirelessly mirror from any device to the new 65” screen from any device or system, the meeting room was completely set up for whatever needs the client has.
