Connection with clients via a video link was the problem and to fix this, a Logitech Video Conferencing system was installed. In addition to this, ceiling microphones, 65″ screen with the use of a wall mount bracket was included.

Suitable for ideal meeting room conferencing, the wireless universal mirroring connection to the system is available for use.

Solution
Installation of Cambridge Sound Management equipment to reduce the transfer of
speech throughout the open plan office and meeting rooms.
Installation of the Qt Pro system uniformly disperses the masking sound into the
workplace and eliminates unwanted sound/speech overflowing into undesired
areas. The pre-tuned masking sound is emitted through four sequenced channels
that eliminate acoustic interference. Additionally, the system delivers more
energy in the octave bands that are related to speech, resulting in a more
energy efficient system that successfully masks speech at lower volume
levels.

With the existing projector being outdated and thus leading to poor image quality, the new Epson EB-G7500UNL Projector was installed along with an ELPLM08 middle throw lens.

As with all electronic components’ projectors, they have a set life span depending on the use and environment, they are operating in. If used in a standard application, you would expect the projector to last between 3-6 years if serviced annually.

We demonstrated to the client the importance of the throw distance which is the distance between the projector and screen. Additionally, showing the replacement units’ inputs should always match the existing unit.

The client required their AV equipment hidden from view when not in use to minimise the impact of the AV equipment on the space. A motorised projector lifter was installed as well as an in-ceiling screen box to hide the equipment. To create easy and instant access to the equipment, a single button AV controller was also installed that allowed the client to reveal the equipment as well as store the equipment as needed.
